I went out to my lot in Orchidland today, and I'm debating listing it with a realtor, but thought I'd put it on PunaWeb first. If it sells to someone from this message, I'll donate 3% of the purchase price to Rob. I already have a house in Hilo, and it's just too much for me to be trying to manage both places. Anyhow, email me through this site and I should get it. If I don't reply to you, it means I didn't get your message. My lot is a square (not spagetti) 2 acres. It is bulldozed (D9) with a large house site and a curved driveway for privacy. I left a lot of large Ohia for privacy. I had roadbase and then crushed rock put on the driveway. I did not truck in loads of cinder for the housepad area. The SSPP is paid in full- so electric will be easy to get. I have various plantings around the lot. It's slightly overgrown, but no albezias. I also have some large mounds of cinder and soil that I use for gardening. I had it surveyed and the lot lines marked and macheteed clear (now partially overgrown, but still visible). This lot is about as far from the lava as you can get in Orchidland, and is also within site of paved road (maybe a halfmile?). 42,000 cash. Thankyou.
