Nathan, monkey,willy, barry . I just gave a solution . HARC needs to stop the madness and get assistance from an individual that knows how to maintain the roads . call paul S . a board member from years back . he knows when and how to box scrape a road . or pay a licensed experienced individual that knows what has to be done.
a photo op in a dump truck dropping a handful of material is not maintenance . there is much more to fixing the road . and use another trucking company that will bring a full load of material and better quality material .

the road was worked on by a paid HARC worker yesterday. I have taken photos of the digging into private property and I will look up the lot owner and send the photos of water being drained into their property. this practice of draining water into private property is what has caused them to be in a current lawsuit . it is more then obvious they are not going to stop doing this until another land owner sues them . the whole job was a total waste of money , material plowed off the road and a berm created on the sides to block in the water . a complete mess.

you know ,, I agree with you 100 percent ,, I honestly thought all this time that with some humor and good ideas ,, I could help work on the place I love ,, and yes the lots were cheap ,, but these children don't want to change ,, im with you ,,,you can lead a horse to water but you cant make him drink ,,,,!!

hahhhahhahahahha ,, you honestly don't know what your talking about ,,I just drove by and what they did looks fine with me ,,no disaster or civil strife reported ! you must need a five gallon bucket of drama everyday ,, when you cant stir it up ,, you just make up stuff and blow everything out of proportion ! I challenge anyone here in the acres to drive down there and look for yourself ,, see what you think,, simple,, quick ,, no charge to ride over and see the disaster for yourself .

Nathan,wolf,monkey, barry, you are the only person I know of that has conversations with yourself, but any way it is a mess and it is a waste of money . people are donating money for road repair , not damage not to put rock on the road only to have it scraped off to the side by some armature tractor driver. it is crazy pay for material and then pay a guy to drag it off the road . and for an added feature dig some drains into private property. what do you care you have no vested interest .

CF - We paid our dues directly in CASH to the office manager.Mrs Brenda,the one who smokes cigarettes at the doorway constantly as a chain smoker does.
We asked for the receipt and she said it will come in the mail .We never received a receipt.
We have had the same address since the early 1970s when it was the then the Sako store and now J HARA's Store.I am sure you fondly remember Sako store yes ?Prior to having the 96760 address we had a P.O Box in Mtn View but the access there is so limited and traffic so dangerous,we transferred to Kurtistown in 1971.We feel badly for people who must get their mail in Mtn View as it is a very dangerous access and extreme limited parking.
We have called and gone down to the office on numerous occasions and Mrs Brenda the chain smoker says the receipt is in the mail .Some times we call 1st to make sure some one in charge is there,but when we get there,it is locked up tight and no office manager any where.It is not like we have all the free time in the world to waste on chasing down the over paid under staffed office manager chain smoker Mrs Brenda
For 3 going on 4 years NO work,aggregate or grading has been done on Rd D from 4 road to 8 road.We now go across Rd 4 to E and down E.But no gravel has been put on E road in almost 4 years from 1 to 5 and a half.Choke loads of gravel is put down yearly on D from 1 Rd to 3 road and also from 8 rd to 6 road yearly on Rd E.We have counted in the last 5 years over 30 loads of gravel from Rd 1 to Road 3 on D.Just to be fair,we understand that Mr Epperson pays most of the aggregate on D from 1 to 3 out of his own pocket but we would like a clear and concise documentation to make sure this is all on the up and up.Even on your own web site,it clearly states you reward him with even more loads of gravel for paying out of his own pocket the 30 loads of gravel he has paid for and all the free work he does from Rd 3 to Rd 1 on D and also filling the ever increasing puka's on rd 1.
So please can some gravel be placed on Rd D from 4 to 6 and on E from 4 to 5 and 2 thirds and grading from 4 to 8 on D at least 4 times a year and on E road 4 times a year PLEASE.
We still do NOT see any signs you say are at the prior mentioned entrance places and we came in both ways yesterday and today !
Where exactly did the road people put them you say ?
Can you PLEASE make the print larger than 6 inches on any future signage or maybe a 4x8 piece of plywood on elevated metal posts like what was in place at each entrance in the 1960s and 1970s.
