New Construction Plumbers????

HI everyone!!!! My hubby and I are moving into the puna area late July. Hopefully our permit will be pulled by then and are hoping to be ready for a plumber by mid August.(Are we being to wishful??) My hubby is a carpenter. We are so excited to start our new project,would appreciate any info.Will consider to trade carpenter labor for plumber labor as well.

you better line up a plumber now, most i know are out 8 weeks or more.

I have no idea where eden roc is...will have to research that. So loffel, I am assuming you built as well...may I ask how long it took you to build your own home? I am figuring for us about 6 months. I am hoping we will be in our new place in less time, but just giving myself a cushion.
