Help finding the proper hinge

The hinge which attached my corner cabinet folding door to the cabinet has sheared off and I am having a devil of a time finding new ones.So far I have tried Ace and Home Depot and even contacted 2 online suppliers without success. I think the cabinets are a basic model from Home depot. Anyone have any advice?
