Topsoil from the Hamakua coast is $40/ton. You can pick it up, or they can deliver for a fee. I got a quote, 4 tons delivered to Orchidland is $264 (soil plus delivery).
ETA: they also have cinder, compost, cinder soil, and various other mixes.

I was thinking arsenic, but didn't want to be a Debbie Downer.

Shoveled plenty composted mac nut hulls into the truck over the years. Chat with Auntie Mabel when she's there; she's charming and hilarious.

If this soil is from the place I'm thinking of in Pepeekeo (for the next few years) it is good stuff.
I don't make guarantees, but I'd buy it.
I'd even take a free load
Enjoy.

It's advertised as Pepeekeo soil. I'll post a review/experience after it gets here.

Been getting rocks from them for a long (since there aren't any free ones here). They rearranged things so it's a lot easier to do a self service load. I never knew the woman's name who's normally at the scales, but she's very friendly.

I used a "rapitest" brand soil testing kit:
pH: 6
Nitrogen, phosphorous, potash: 2 (1 being "very low" and 4 being "high")
It's good looking soil. Very clean.
