Complaining is also known at dispute. Debate and dispute are the natural processes for arriving at--or trying to arrive at--resolution to contentious topics, of which there is an unlimited number.
Fully agree this can be wearying for some folks. May I recommend the Gardening Section.

But then you (and RWR) would be unhappy. Because "complaining and inferior intellects" bother you.
Again, I suggest the Garden Section. It is less divisive; might be more to your liking. (Perhaps it even has superior intellects, who knows.)
