Sears in Hilo to close
#41
I tried buying one of the snow blowers and they told me they were display models and I'd have to wait two weeks for one to get shipped in from Oahu.

Just kidding! But somehow it wouldn't surprise me.

A good snow blower is a beast. I had one in Alaska that wouldn't discriminate between the snow and the gravel in the driveway if it was set too low. I guess one could use it spread a pile of cinder. I wonder if that would void the warranty? Hmmm....maybe trying to sell snow blowers in Hawaii wasn't a dumb idea.

Just kidding! Of course it was!

i would assume that the observatories do purchase a snowblower from time to time.
