$2500 includes delivery and "installation" whatever that means:

"Thank you for your interest in our pre-built sheds. The base price is $10,000, with transport and installation contracted separately. The quote for that part can be up to $2,500 depending on location of parcel and site conditions.

The shed itself is 10x20, does not need a permit. No electrical or plumbing provided.  Attached in this email are the exterior and interior photos including floor construction."

No roof overhang and roof pitch appears to be about 1 in 10. Not ideal for Puna.

I thought the same thing.  I asked them if that was something that could be customized.

As long as I'm contacting them about the lack of roof overhang, what else do Punatics have on our wish list?

I imagine a lot of their design strategy includes the ability to easily transport it to the install site which may limit some of the requests. 10' is probably the max width for roadway transport meaning if you wanted a 1' overhang on each side they will have to shrink the structure by 2' in width, and frankly 1' of overhang isn't enough. It would require a strategy reboot like assembling the structure on site.

Could just see what they want to sell it without a roof, and build your own on site. It's pretty easy, especially if the rest of the structure is already built properly.

Could also request two installed parallel to one another, high points about 16 feet apart, and build a nice big screened lanai in the middle.
