No strict checking at the PODs, booster shots are available to anyone who wants one.

Nice to see an anti vaxxer come to his senses.
Considering that he is elderly and overweight, which are two high risk groups, he should have been vaccinated. He is also free to make his own healthcare choices.

In a way that does not interfere with the health of those around him.  So they too have a choice.
