Awww thank you Mike! Thats so kind of you to say. I've really loved getting to know you guys and am excited for you to be able to go home and see your dog.

Zillow and Redfin can give folks a ballpark, sometimes. Sometimes they're way off. Properties in Hawaii are so unique and those websites cannot take into account all the particulars.

Sure. It's 11-1775 Naia Street (in Eden Roc). We bought it with unfinished permits that had essentially expired, so it had to be a cash purchase. We put a lot of time and money in to getting it permitted, on grid with the SSPP paid. The sales history is a bit useless as a result of these factors.

Oh, that's a very interesting tidbit, about buying with unfinished permits. There's a house that fits that description I have my eye on. I'd love to talk more about how that went.
