But then when I asked if any of them had some papers, they all ran away!
HiloJulie, given the current political climate that's... inappropriate? JMO

It’s a joke. It’s quite frankly hilarious Patrica.
What’s inappropriate is the current political climate as well as those who desire to bury their head in the sand and ignore it.

HiloJulie,
Like a lot of "jokes" I guess you had to be there. Obviously you haven't, or have not known someone who has. Believe me, it isn't "hilarious." It's terrifying.
Still, no need for you to go on and on. You are entitled to believe what you wish, as am I.

That's an assumption on your part that is 100% totally incorrect and in fact is the exact opposite of the reality with respect to myself and my family. I'm not going to go into the details as to how this insanity has personally affected me and my family as I don't want to be accused of going on and on about it, but suffice to say, your assumption could not be more off base.
"It's terrifying."
It sure is. Who would have ever thought that ANYONE living here in Hawaii would have to do so while being terrified?
(Excepting, of course, natural disaster(s) and/or being the worst of the worst, legally or illegally here)

As Father Mulcahay would say; "Jocularity, Jocularity!"
Hope you all had a good 4th of July, now let's have some fun:

Well, I must say, the Bicker Board was relegated to Page 2 - and that's not fair - as well as its time for some more levity here on PunaWeb with all the talk of those nasty legal beagles, Medicaid cuts on and on - and then I found this - and then I seem to remember HOTPE mentioning Wisconsin a few times - and being a fellow native cheese head myself, I think this is appropriate to post here. And I'm sure HOTPE might relate. I still have my deep-fried wedding ring!
I hope you enjoy!

Since this is the bicker board I feel like I should argue that I’ve met a more Wisconsin Man, or that he’s not quite Wisconsin enough, but I have to admit he definitely tics all the boxes!
There were days in the distant past, too many days in a Wisconsin February when I was glad the weather warmed to a brisk 10 below 0, which is why I booked a flight on PanAm to Hawaii with a travel agent, and left my entire flannel wardrobe and super insulated Sorel boots behind. My sister who lives closer to the sacred Frozen Tundra of Lambeau Field did inherit the most treasured of family heirlooms, Packer season tickets, but I’ve never looked back.

"sacred Frozen Tundra of Lambeau Field"
Oh yes! And let's also not forget the typically 2 pre-season and 2 regular season games played at the infamous former Milwaukee County Stadium!
My grandfather was lucky enough to have season tickets for both Green Bay and Milwaukee games, but upon his passing, none of my siblings desired to keep them. Unfortunate when you consider that the Green Bay Packers have had the biggest and longest waiting list for season tickets forever! - Today - it's over 150,000 names and an estimated 50 year wait!
At any event, the only real Wisconsin Man for me was always Albert, the alley cat! IYKYK!

So has the Bicker Board become the place where people can post any non-Hawaii nonsense they like?
Certainty will be the death of us.
