Aloha,
What is the usual cost of purchasing and installing a Rheem on-demand water heater in Kea'au area? Shouldn't this be included in the overall cost of a new build? Just curious... Mahalo

Gas? Electric? BTU?
As you also state "new build" has the plumbing piping been run to just hook one up? And if gas, has the gas piping been run? If electric, has the appropriate sized power lines been run? Some gas models also require electric to fire it as well - so you may need both gas and electric run to the desired location. The cheapest Rheem you will find in Hilo is 800 to 900 bucks - for just the heater. As for what is or is not included in a new build, what does your "contract" say? |
