It seems that Mr. Rabi is offering knowledge based on many years of professional practice, others give their opinions, which are just that and not necessarily based in fact of law or broad based practice. I would go with Mr. Rabi on this one. He will enlighten you as to why the way title is held matters and what tax considerations / implications, if any, would create a huge tax burden on the subsequent owner, etc. Only a professional would suggest that you look at a preliminary title, possibly use an attorney in your assessment of CPR in Hawaii.
