Thought Amazon Prime was just for the "contiguous U.S". With Hawaii at $6.99 per item

I order things on sunday and usually have them by the end of the week for free.
The shipping to Hawaii used to be horrible, they did not offer prime for Hawaii. I wrote numerous e-mails to Bezos and he finally responded, one month later they started offering a modified prime for Hawaii.
