it basically means it doesn't matter what we think, unless we live in HPP. those folks need to come up with a solution, and allow each lot to vote on it. if it's a crappy idea, then it won't pass, and the democratic process will oust the incompetent board and get some folks in there to try again. repeat as necessary. the clock is ticking.

i personally think that the cinder roads are fine.

another alternative is to allow streets to sign up for paving, first come, first serve. people on a street can garner interest among their neighbors. the board can help facilitate the paving. put a county hefty fine directly on the lot owners, and see how quickly it gets accomplished.
