I happened to see an article on this in the Boston Globe yesterday, and was just floored that I had to get it from a mainland news source. I forwarded the URL to a bunch of friends (here, Maui and mainland) who are concerned about this. I feel that the pilot is deserving of a lot of community service in establishing and improving native habitat, and that the officials need to aggressively prosecute the idiot who paid for it. That's the guy that needs to go to jail.

Just can't believe someone is so self-centered...
