I think it is a very big rip-off by the small engine industry. To change over to fuel lines and O-rings that wouldn't be attacked by the shouldn't cost more that a couple of bucks. It is such a shame that they are allowed to getaway with such BS. I'm glad that I've been able to keep my power tools working with just replacing the occasional O-ring or fuel line.
