Brand new, old stock. I bought this Chicago Electric Dual Gate Opener eight years ago. Never got around to installing them. The original box is long gone but all components and manual still intact. Requires 110v to operate and can be set up with an optional 12v battery with a small solar panel. If both voltages are available, the unit will automatically switch from 110v to 12v if the power goes out.
Originally it cost just over $300.00 and with shipping, was just over $400.00
Will sell for $250.00 MAY take reasonable offers as it is a good price already.
