You can use a D9 and still keep trees, i'm unsure though do you mean keep them standing (alive) or keep them as in have the dozer operator pile them in a convenient stack after knocking them down?

As a caveat,
Unless you plan on utilizing all you intend to rip/roll then you are just paying for future headaches. A (large) 12,000 sq. ft. Residential lot is a lot of weeds to keep up with yard work - etc. 2 acres is ~ 8 times that much and a lot to maintain. Far be it from me to tell you what to do. I'd suggest fencing and putting down ground cover on any area you intend to clear - and 2 acres is a lot - i'd be sure you can handle it before you knock down that much forest.
