Would you, Frank and Kenney consider being a part of a membership committee to explore other options ie property mgmt? Frank has expressed interest in this area in some of his posts. That's if we don't go into receivership before. I was told by an accountant that there still may be a way to move in this direction even though we are bound with a volunteer board to our bond and deed. The next membership meeting is spring next year. Hope you 3 and others out there will consider this idea []
