Yes! They do bloom! I had to buy land bc I had so many cuttings to plant from all over the island. They do lose their leaves for a period every year, but I think that's normal, for here anyway. They also get a lot of fungus on the limbs if they don't get enough sun, but I just scrape it off the ones I can get to. They bloom anyway. Every color has a different scent. Lovely!
