Second incident report " ...patrol officer observed a black Honda Civic traveling..."
First incident report "...A few moments later, the same car-a blue or teal Honda four-door sedan with BLACK or gray side panels-was observed traveling..."
So what color was the first incident car? It had black or grey side panels. What ever the hell that means. Could have been the same car in both incidents with the first description more detailed than the second incident description.
Both times the driver drove towards officers on foot? Coincidence or criminal mentality pattern of the same criminal? She thinks to herself - Run over the cop on foot.
