Id be interested in any native plant groups...
a good one to start would be the indigenous and endemic hibiscus group...
ie the Mallow Family of native plants in Hawaii, 23 total that are NOT extinct.
12 Hibiscus, 4 Hibiscadelphus, 1 Gossypium (cotton), 3 Abutilons, 2 Kokia (tree cotton), and 1 Sida in the family.
