well, good luck. i will add you to my prayer list! HACA also has problems, but the present board is at least trying to deal with them. The biggest problem we face is a mix of bullying and apathy. those that care are frightened by the consequences of speaking up. the majority don't actually care at all. western society, by and large, is about 'self', not community.
