Apparently when people "occupy" a bank-owned (foreclosed) property, there's no way to kick them out, even though it's obviously trespass and there is no ownership dispute. Having proved unable to work through a "simple" situation like this, I'm now completely unsurprised that the authorities are seemingly unable to get the TMT protestors off MK.
