good grief.. so there isn't enough crime here? no bus service, no grocery, no health services. why in the world would they chose the acres? according to stats 38% homeless are addicted to either alcohol or drugs and 25% have severe mental health issues.. sounds like some NIMBYs in hilo want them out of view of the tourists...[
