1) I suspect most professional pilots just roll their eyes when someone tells them they can land a plane on their home computer flight simulator;
2) Astronomy has encouraged countless young people to become involved in science and engineering and although most don't become astronomers or phycisists, many go into fields such as aviation and computing. They make your interest in aviation and playing with flight simulators possible;
3) The TMT will help make the above more reachable and realistic for local kids;
4) If your only argument is about an eyesore, what is your alternative plan to provide opportunities for local kids to receive the education and encouragement to help you play more games on your computer?
