House Builder Recommendations?

Any of these guys good for a small commercial job? Small building (600 - 800 sq. ft.) but on a huge concrete pad (approx. 2,000 sq. ft.)? Post & pier wouldn't have worked on this project, although I prefer those. Need a licensed contractor on this one, no owner builder because it's commercial.
