Susan,

I do not have a dog in this fight but I would like to thank you for your patience with this contractor + not succumbing to the pressure put on you here to out this person ... Things happen everyday and I'm glad you are able to work things out ...

Good on you and I'm sure you will get their best work as thanks for your being patient and understanding ..
