Gatehouses. This is an amendment to my original post about sustainable development. I have made designs for the lot described and the adjacent (but visibly different) lot to the north. On them there can be instant gratification with unique, sustainable architectural structures on great lots in a mini-sustainable community.

Cheap, too. Each of these utilitarian multi-function preliminary* structures can be erected for $10k including site work. (* These are 600sf spaces built on lots with permits as prefab studio/workshops to assist and supervise the ultimate residential construction.)
