Instead of bitching in a public forum about a tree branch hanging out in the road and how you should all sue,why not just grab the loppers and cut the branch off ?
Funny thing -- I keep a pair of loppers in the truck for just this reason, and you know what? It costs less than $hundreds/year, no drama required.
The running of a non profit corp. especially of this magnitude, requires experienced leadership.... board members who understand the necessity of following law
Board is constrained by State/Federal code and its own bylaws. Invoke the laws and fix the problems; do not expect sympathy from the peanut gallery.
