Hwy 130 new landfill

My action is to ask people to secure their trash, and pick it up if it drops on the highway. When my kids were young I made them pickup their toys when they were done playing for the day. If I picked it up for them they never learned to be responsible, and learn consequences in life. I choose not to be an enabler for bad behavior. You can give a person fish, or you can teach them to fish.
