Contact Carol Ginoza and ask her if the owner is willing to waive the no pets policy if there is a particular house you like. You would probably have to put down an additional deposit, but we did it for one of our past tenants. It would be up to the owner of a specific house. With the limited availability of rentals, it may not be likely, but it is worth a try.
