"new" Amazon frustration

I ordered something May 23. It's still not here. Tracking says "on time". No other info. I waited over 6 weeks. After much complaining, they credited me.
Reordered and got it in about a week.
I'm getting fed up with Amazon. They used to be so good. Guess that's what happens when there's no competition.
