Building in Nanawale

Short version: planting trees is probably safe; anything else will be overgrown and/or stolen.

Owner-builder basically means "you can do the framing", all other work must be performed by licensed contractors, and with County permit/inspection.

If these lots are in Nanavale "Estates", their CC&Rs require a larger home than County minimum, with architectural approval from the HOA before getting the building permit.
