Adding to a net metering solar installation

Thanks Obie,
I had heard something along the line of what you quoted from their website as applying to all new hookups, and assumed that it would also apply to any changes to an existing installation.
I guess We'll just continue to pay the extra $10 to $15 every couple months or so over the $20 minimum, and keep hoping for clearer skies and sunnier weather.
It still beats then old $200/month we used to pay.
After we recoup the installation costs, we might eventually take a serious look at completely cutting the cord before taking any of the options they now offer.
