Purchasing land in Nanawale and want to build

want to build a small farm dwelling on it 600sq ft

Nanavale CC&R requires a minimum 896 sf.

This will be my primary farming residence.

County requires a minimum 832 sf for habitation.

I can run the electrical, install plumbing fixtures but I understand a ME/MP has to final it

It will be "difficult" to find a licensed contractor willing to sign off on your work.

Then a building permit with 3 sets of blueprints

Nanavale CC&R says they "need" to review your plans before you apply for a permit.

Any suggestions/questions as to what to do first

Look for a subdivision with less intrusive CC&R...
