New Home cost estimate

Tink, I am not too worried about resale values. I would leave the house to my nephew when God takes me home. I have also been lucky in life and don't need to worry about resale. I just want cost info for budgeting purpose.
I am not settling in Puna because it is cheap. I am doing so because I love it there. |
