Use Chuck Cartwright (Big Island Inspection Services.) We call him the "Deal Killer" but I sure sleep well because of him. 
He does inspections everywhere on the island and he is a member of American Society of Home Inspectors. (Only two BI inspectors are members of ASHI.) www.BigIslandInspectionServices.com
