Happy New Year, Puna!
#1
Hi Hannah, All,

Hooray to you Hannah Hedrick of Fern Forest for reporting on Sustainable Land, Air & Water at Saturday's land use meeting (12/30/06). And thank you Rick Warshauer of the Biosphere Reserve Buffer sub-group for appearing and sharing your knowledge with the larger group! Thanks to everyone who stands
up and speaks our collective "peace" on behalf of the environment. Planning and implementing a sustainable future for Puna is so important. I am very happy to see it is quickly gaining favor in the CDP process as
the most important goal, common to all working groups. This is awesome!

To get more people on board, we should have that email list set up as soon as John can find the time. I'm sure I've neglected to put a lot of names on this cc' list, and I apologize for that. John S - I agree w/
Hannah, a single email list should be made to funnel *all Puna CDP* communications to. Only people with regional interest or the entire BIG PICTURE PUNA for the long term, will want to be on it. This will help
keep the group together beyond the final report date (whenever that turns out being), tie working groups together on themes and projects, and sustain community participation in government for the long term.

Opportunity Knocks, and 2007 Rocks!

Happy New Year -

Puna CDP Participants!!!!!
