I might have been to Waiopae tidepools. If I did, it was ages ago. I pulled your quote from 2009 because it seemed to give a good explanation of the property rights in part of Kapoho Bay.
My earlier comments mentioned shoreline access in Kapoho Bay. It seemed important follow up with the additional information (from you) regarding part of the bay shoreline.
