Almost makes one want to buy a lot for 5K in hawaiian beaches and install a water meter! Smile There is this one great one... Wait... Don't want everyone to know about it, since I haven't seen a dirty diaper there yet! Tongue

When I first came here, lived in Orchidland and filled up at the dump, one had a meter on it, and people don't like seeing the meter because they smashed it... then... came back a week later a brand new one was installed and they smashed that one too! Sigh. This was like 10 years ago, maybe more.
