Thousands of cargo containers bearing millions of emergency meals and other relief supplies have been piling up on San Juan’s docks since Saturday.

Most of the containers discussed were not there from before the storm, as they contain specially packed relief supplies. Nor was the port so damaged that port authorities were unable to unload containers as you stated yesterday, because they have been unloading ships at least since Saturday (see above), both statements you brayed.
