I still can't believe how much the state down plays the number of RLW cases. The real number of RLW cases are indeed much higher than 16 in the state of Hawaii, the state has no way of really knowing. Hundreds of RLW cases have been misdiagnosed by state doctors and hundreds more were never tested or treated for RLW. jmo
