The article just says pesticides and chemicals, very vague. No one has provided a link to the actual bill yet, I tried but couldn't find it. I've been saying that people should be notified so that they have the option to choose. If it isn't as easy as I think it is, maybe the actual bill will shed some light on this as well, i.e., what is the definition of notification?
And finally, if it isn't about "unrestricted use" Roundup, and it's actually about restricted use pesticides, which I would assume are much stronger and less safe hence the need for restrictions, why are there 8 pages of comments on the safety of Roundup in argument against this bill?
