Some of the pricing is incomprehensible: $20K for internet access at Pahoa Recreation Center ($10K for fiber, $10K for equipment).
Telcom brought my fiber for free; a really nice "commercial-grade" wifi router is under $200.
$6.3M to triple the number of air quality monitors (10 sites at $150K/each, two new vehicles, four more staff, etc) so that "State and County can inform the public of hazards associated with increased air contamination". I thought the whole point of redevelopment was to move people AWAY from these sources?
$300 million is from current affordable housing legislation, and some will come from Federal sources.
