Good question. It's all plastic. Not sure how it will hold up: it won't rust, but it also doesn't have to support an engine block. It did come with a 5-year warranty.

My cheap Honda (HD) mower has a great engine but the deck got so rusted out (being stored under cover) that all my Plywood Puna Repairs could not longer keep it viable. I broke down and bought a Ryobi mower today. Still waiting for battery to charge but part way through I trialed a "sneak peek" and although it was just a few minutes I was very impressed.

Now that it's been awhile, how has yours held up?
