Here is another photo from an article highlighting the owner, Paul Kang. The photo was supplied by the wine bar so that could explain the priorities and judgement. My Spidy Sense is leaning toward the gentleman in the photo being Paul Kang.

According to Kang, he was nervous all day in anticipation of former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama.
