feel like a geezer - terracore (the geezer)
Well you are certainly a wise old geezer. I suppose I'm a geezer too because I remember those days when the peanut farmer was running the show.

For all of you conspiracy focused home shoppers, the Directed Energy Weapon (DEW) resistant, blue roof house just hacked another $50,000 of the price. That's after a $25,000 drop earlier. I'll reserve comment on my opinion of where that leaves it now price wise, because for the right person, that blue roof has to have immense value. (100k?)

You have to wonder why these builders don't come with their best game. I guess the holding costs aren't much of a motivator. These folks really have the power to help Hawaii with our housing problem yet they seem to prefer to just sit endlessly on their overpriced, finished builds in a vain effort to squeeze out every last dollar. Why not earn a few honest bucks and move on to the next one?
I just read that a number of markets in FL and TX just posted year-over-year price declines in March. It's no fun when you get left holding the bag.
PS: old guys rule!
