Regarding: an Unplanned Subdivision, Private Roads, A Voluntary Community Association Suing Over 5,000 HPP Owners, Deed Restricted Land, A 12 Million Dollar Loan, Golf Courses, Walking Paths, A County Park, Burial Sites, Historic Villages, Mailboxes, Bylaw Amendments, and more.
Mr. O. is correct, I do know a lot, about most of the above. I know, because I took the time to research, read, and talk with others who have HPP and HPPOA (formerly Paradise Hui Hanalike) experiences that span decades.
If anyone would like to learn more history about HPP and HPPOA (formerly Paradise Hui Hanalike) or better, share what they know with me, I will be very happy to visit with you.
